Anil holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and has undergone Leadership Development Program from Harvard University, Advanced Leadership Program from Mahler University, USA and Business Centre Manager training in Management from Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
Anil joined ATG from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and comes with 25+ years of global experience in the tire industry.
He has also been trained in Manila and Malaysia on process waste reduction, energy conservation & cost reduction, lean processes & six sigma, EHS audits and leadership.
