Alliance Tire Group (ATG), a Yokohama Group Company, recently announced the launch of AGRI STAR II, a technological marvel in agricultural tires. AGRI STAR II comes with its unique ‘ Stratified Layer’ Technology, which is designed to meet the growing needs of today’s tractor owners. The new tire has been launched under the Alliance brand that has a pedigree of launching blockbusters like Flotation tires and IF& VF tires in the agricultural sector.
A unique combination of two layers – The first layer with a multi-angle lug profile and the second layer with a single angle lug profile. Each lug of AGRI STAR II is formed by combining these layers.
The dual step tie-bars prevent lug shuffling and act as mud breakers ensuring excellent self-cleaning
Overlapping of the central lugs assure superior roadability
Optimal number of lugs and higher tread depth high traction
Wider tread width 13% more contact area than its predecessor ensuring minimum soil compaction
